Fintech Consumer Specialist
Responsible for assisting and implementing all the Bank’s Fin Tech offerings. This individual will focus on the day to day operations of all aspects of electronic banking services (online, mobile, remote deposit, merchant services, debit and credit card programs). Must understand client needs for Fin Tech, how the FNB systems work and should be one of the go to people for the day to day usage of the digital banking platform. The position will require face to face interactions with business customers as well as extensive usage of technology solutions to communicate with customers and staff. The position will also be the boots on the ground position for the department. Travel to and from businesses will be required.
